Responsibilities:
1. Work as a system administrator to ensure Learning Management System (LMS) accuracy and integrity
2. Work with operational departments, IT and external vendors on troubleshooting, maintenance and security issues on Learning Management System (LMS)
3. Continuously explore learning technology that can enhance learning efficiency & effectiveness.
4. Develop and deliver training courses including orientation, language, computer and basic management training, while considering the effectiveness of different methodology such as classroom training, eLearning, blended learning and workshops.
5. Coordinate all aspects concerning training and development including training needs analysis, implementation of training courses, training by external consultants/vendors and training evaluation.
6. Coordinate ad-hoc events, e.g. certificate presentation, gathering and etc.
7. Provide support as needed in developing presentations, memos and other materials.
8. Create and design promotional training posters, calendar, enrollment announcements and all related collaterals.
9. Assist in the creation, preparation and distribution of packets including correspondence, forms, reports and other various training related materials.
10. Coordinate all aspects concerning internal and external training including training venue set up, enrolment, preparation of training materials and food and beverage and scheduling of training classes Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs and inform management of training program status.
11. Act with discretion and confidentiality in handling information administered in HR.
12. Perform ad-hoc requests per directed by L&D Manager.
Requirements:
1. Working experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, Training, Information System or related field. Experience in adult education will be an advantage.
2. Educational level: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline. Holding certificate/diploma in Education will be an advantage.
3. Language / computer skills: Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese will be an advantage; Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in graphic design and photo/video editing will be an advantage.
4. Customer interactions: Must be able to interact with co-workers and internal and external customers effectively in a professional and friendly manner
5. Teamwork: Must be able to build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and work as a team
6. Flexibility schedule: Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when required
7. Other requirements: Knowledge in information system; knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum design and training design, teaching and instruction methods for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effectiveness
