职位描述：
Accountabilities:
? Organize QC team to do the daily test per QP and SC requirement.
? Lead QC team to manage “approve or reject” and” release, hold, block” for the RM and FG.
? Lead QC team to conduct QC on-site inspection, such as labeling, verification, deviation handling, and coordinate for quality complaint/incident online investigation and CAPA.
? Handling incoming materials non-conformance which is detected in the receiving, storage and processing.
? Manage variance/AFU which possibly causes product quality/documentation change, such as re-test and assessment.
? Lead Lab annual GLP audit and CAPA
? Lead lab system management
? Lead or support in the working with R&D and Support Centre in any necessary quality activities.
? People management and development of the team

Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree or above with major in Food / Chemistry related;
？ 5+ years working experience in a lab environment
？ At least 2 years on lab overall management, food/pharmaceutical industry preferred;
？ Solid knowledge/skills on lab operation/management;
