岗位职责:
1、 负责公司人力资源相关制度的拟定、修定及实施工作;
2、 负责公司人力资源的招聘工作,并制定招聘计划,满足公司人员的招聘需求;
3、 负责执行员工薪酬、绩效考核、流程管理、员工关系等人力资源日常管理;
4、 完善绩效考核体系,制定测评指标,进行绩效考核;
5、HR系统员工信息、合同档案的更新与维护,以及各项文娱活动的组织安排;
6、横向协调各部门关系,并与员工保持良好互动,妥善处理发生的各类人事问题。
任职资格:
1、 人力资源相关专业本科以上学历,3年以上相关工作经验;
2、 熟悉并深入理解人力资源工作,在人才招聘、员工关系管理、绩效考核和流程模块有扎实的专业功底及丰富实践经验;较好的方案撰写能力;
3、个性亲和包容,有耐性韧性;具备优秀的沟通技巧与处事风格;
4、诚实守信,细致严谨,很强的执行力、原则性、保密意识。
5、 优秀的沟通表达能力及组织协调能力,抗压力强。
