职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、具有敏锐的思维和创新能力，较强的学习能力和业务拓展能力；
2、出色的表达能力和说服力，良好的客户服务意识，有一定营销经验或营销意识，收集一线销售信息和用户意见，对公司产品组合、销售策略、市场推广、售后服务等提出改进意见；
3、与客户进行电话沟通，负责接待客户来访咨询，解答上门客户提出的各种问题，登记报名会员的各项资料，客户回访等工作；
4、参加销售培训，以便为潜在客户设计合适的课程，并按时完成个人目标；
5、善于利用新媒体（微信、微博、自媒体、社交平台等）进行项目的推广营销；
6、提报活动内容推广方案，执行地面推广宣传和促销活动。

任职要求：
1、具备专科或以上学历，师范类专业、英语、教育学、心理学、市场营销等专业均可；
2、了解目前游学市场，了解客户的心理；具备培训行业或相关销售工作有一定心得，有1-2年经验者优先；
3、熟练使用电脑，具有良好的文案与口头表达能力，能够承受一定的工作压力；
4、熟悉教育行业，有教育培训行业背景者佳。 举报 分享
