职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Monitor daily operation of the front office and coordinate activities to obtain optimal room occupancy and revenue.
？ Oversee all activities of the front office to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in all phases of the operation.
？ Ensure a gracious welcome and personal arrival and departure moment to each hotel guests.
？ Handle all guests enquiries and complaints, offer solution and follow up.
？ Provide support to the hotel Senior Leadership Team and align with broader hotel goals.

Requirements:
？ Bachlor degree in hotel management or equivalent education required.
？ Strong interpersonal skills.
？ Strong organizational and operational skills, have ability to work with minimum supervision.
？ Minimum of 3 years Front Office Manager experience in five-star hotel.
？ Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 举报 分享
