1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源或相关专业，英语四级以上；
2.大中型企业人力资源管理或行政工作一年以上，熟悉或曾从事人力资源相关工作。
3.熟悉劳动合同法等相关法律法规者优先考虑。
4.吃苦耐劳，表达能力强，思维缜密，亲和力强
5.较强的MS office软件处理能力

岗位职责：
1、主要负责招聘工作；
2、协助项目薪酬工资核算；
3、协助项目员工培训工作；
4、协助处理项目员工关系；
5、协助举办员工活动
