职位描述：
我們的客人是一家著名的房地產公司,現在他們正在聘請一位財務總監加入他們的團隊.

職責
？ 策劃、領導及監控所有財務規劃及控制工作
？ 組織領導公司的財務管理、會計監督、建立企業經營計畫等工作
？ 就經營方面的決策及方案制定工作提供專業的財務意見及分析
？ 參與制訂及審核公司預算、各類財務報告及計劃等
？ 監控及評估公司財務狀況、營運效益及資金流向等
？ 制訂公司財務管理、會計監督及審計監察等工作的規章制度及程序
？ 根據公司中長期經營計畫，組織編制年度綜合財務計畫


要求
？ 學士學位或以上學歷（財務／審計／金融專業）， 并最少十年企業財務管理經驗
？ 具註冊會計師資格或其他相關會計資格
？ 具有良好的組織及協調能力
？ 能在規定時間內完成指派工作，并適應多重文化的工作環境
？ 良好中英語文能力及溝通技巧 举报 分享
