DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

Primary Responsibility

1: Study Part structure & Assembly issue
2: Work with PM/TPM for project time line & project volume requirements
3: Work out Engineering data for RFQ team or highlight the risk & defect of engineering data from RFQ team
4: Work out Tooling schedule or push HT/PTC provide schedule to ensure it can meet project requirement
5: Review tooling DFM/Tooling details design from HT/PTC, then send to customer for approve if necessary
6: Work with ME/PMC/Ops for machine allocation to verify production readiness include barrel usage, EOAT system…
7. Other NPI related work, such as BOM setting, tool trial arrangement and second processing development condition follow up.

7. 分析模具问题并提供解决方案
8. 1模具认证

岗位要求
1. 大专以上学历
2. 5年以上相关工作经验
3. 熟悉塑胶模具
4. 英语能读写者优先考虑
5. 能独立工作，能在压力下工作

Secondary Responsibility :
Responsibility

1: Follow up tooling schedule in HT/PTC, -- Check List
2: Highlight delay risk in advance
3: Verify steel information
4: Join the tooling trial in HT/PTC
5: Record Each step tooling trial issue list
6: Analysis tool issue and provide solution
7: Control tooling debug schedule to meet overall tooling plan and highlight risk if have any delay.
8: Review FAI/CPK report together with PDE/ME and analysis NG dimension root cause
9: Review parts cosmetic with QA/ ME/ customer and find out improvement plan
10: Tooling Buy off with QA/ME/PDE/PM
11: Tooling check list before tooling transfer to DM for PPAP
12: Tooling Qualification in DM include Mold test order, onsite trial, PPAP samples status.\
13: PPAP report review with QA/ME/PDE before release to customer for approve
14: Monitor earlier stage production to ensure tool can run smoothly and meet quoted requirement
15: Handover tools to PTC maintenance team and Ops.
16: Lesson learnt
