职位描述：
1. Specify and perform test activities to release products and solutions in high quality on time to customer projects. 负责测试工作，准时高效推出客户项目产品并提出解决方案；
2. Specify and select the right test cases, to minimize risk of failure in the released product and assure the product is meeting customer expectations. 明确选定***测试方案，将发布产品的风险降到最低，确保产品达到客户要求；
3. Support development and service to find and release corrections. 协助开发和服务部门找到问题并提出解决方案；

Key responsibilities of the Role: 主要职责
Specification and preparation phase: 标准化和准备阶段
1）Compile test specifications, describe test phases 编制测试规程，界定测试阶段
2）Input to firmware or software engineers in the area of design for testability 将可测试性的理念导入给硬件或软件工程师
3）Specify, create and review test procedures and test cases based on market requirement, functional specifications, lessons learned, user cases and usability 根据市场需求、功能规范、经验、使用案例和易用性去规范、创建和复审测试程序和测试用例
4）Define test configurations and set up test environment定义测试配置和搭建测试环境
5）Prioritize test cases based on risk assessment, lessons learned, time and effort constrains 根据风险评估、经验、时间和成效定义测试优先级
6）Design test cases to have regression testing where applicable 适用时设计测试案例的回归测试

Test phase: 测试阶段
1）Perform specified test cases either manually or by automated testing software 通过手动或自动测试软件执行指定测试任务
2）Clear documentation of the tests 归档测试文件
3）Define defect reports with detailed information, communicate with developers 和开发者沟通确认缺陷报告详细信息
4）Support development in debugging and correction testing 协助开发者调试故障并进行验证测试
5）Clearly report the test status and take part in CCB and firmware release meetings 明确报告测试状态并参与软件发布会议

Support phase: 协助阶段
1）Formulate lessons learned issues 总结经验教训
Improve test process, test procedures and test environment 改善测试流程、程序和测试环境
2）Support development and service in debugging and correction testing协助开发和服务部门进行调试和验证测试
3）Update best practices for the testing organization 为测试部门优化测试活动
