任职要求：
1.大学英语六级以上, 英语听说读写流利,能够流利地与客户进行交流
2.至少5年外贸业务出口经验, 有过硬的业务能力,熟悉贸易进出口,电子产品相关行业外贸经验优先。
3.有丰富的展览会经验, 独立操作搭建过阿里巴巴外贸平台
4.有三年外贸团队管理经验,制定并完成公司任务和目标
5.性格开朗热情，做事细心；诚实正直，有良好的职业道德和素养；强烈的责任心和上进心；亲和力和团队合作精神；能吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力。

岗位职责：
1.负责外销客户的开发；
2.负责销售团队建设和管理；
3.负责外贸业务员的培养；
4.负责外销计划的制定和规划；
