- SHE (Safety, Health, & Environmental) / Working Relationships ? Supports and maintains high standards in SHE matters in line with business and corporate policies and legal requirements
1） Tracks maintenance operation safety activities, corrective actions and work order performance.
2） Suggest and implements improvements for SHE and maintenance.
3） Provides the day-to-day leadership for the maintenance department in SHE matters including leading toolbox , safety and JSA meetings.
- People Management & Development/Working Relationships
4） Coach maintenance personnel on plant equipment, best practices and troubleshooting.
5） Works with the Maintenance Manager in the development of the mechanics and related functions.
6） Cooperates with E&I engineer ensure utility system work well.
7） Assists in development of training plans for the Maintenance Department and works with manager to implement the training plans.
8） Performs monthly reviews of mechanical staff and gives feedback on performance.
- Manufacturing Excellence (Functional)
9） Daily SAP operation and maintain. necessary communication with maintenance requester during work order released.
10） Assist maintenance manager to develop TPM at SZH site as the key player of liaison role.
11） Analyse maintenance metrics and interpret data to provide improvements to overall performance. Monthly report should be required.
12） Work with manager in development and implementation of preventive maintenance and safety device calibration plan. Monthly preventive plan should be reviewed and readjusted accordingly in advance.
13） Focus on critical equipment to develop proactive maintenance plan together with manager, based on equipment operating condition detected.
14） Assist maintenance manager to develop maintenance plan for site shutdown and implement well.
15） Manages and replenishes spare parts and stores for site, providing technical support to site buyer.
17） Assist Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and engineering projects to improve overall performance of site.
18） Assist manager to control the cost within maintenance budget, actual cost breakdown occurred on the base of month shall be required to issue to manager.
19） Works with production supervisor to optimize required downtime for preventive maintenance.
20） Assists and directs maintenance team on shop floor maintenance work as needed. Keep on-call response in case of urgency.
21） Keep maintenance record updated frequently and retrospective.
22） Works with manager in the development of procedures for mechanical maintenance on equipment.
23） Maintain utility in a good condition, continue to improve reliability.
24） Any task assigned by manager.

Qualification/任职资格：
* Education Level
- Bachelor degree in Machinery and automation

* Length of Working Experience
- BS Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineer or equivalent experience
- More than 5 years’ chemical plant maintenance experience
- Maintenance and automation experience
- Good people management and development skills
