职位描述：
Supervisor: Product Data Manager
Subordinators: 4

Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing new product technical requirements, analyze manufacturing feasibility, set up process.
负责评审新产品技术要求、制造可行性分析，确定制造工艺。
1. Develop and evaluate new tools and fixtures to confirm efficiency, stability, precision and costing meet requirements.
开发和评审工装夹具的设计方案，确保生产效率、稳定性、精确性及成本符合目标要求。
2. Give technical support to Purchase department on developing new material, tools or vendors.
协助采购部门开发新物料、新工具及供应商。
3. Analyze the failure reason for the complaints from customer and give the technical method for temporary and permanent correction.
针对客户投诉，分析失效原因，提出应对措施。
4. Assist product design projects with customers’ needs.
配合客户需求，协助客户完成项目设计工作。
5. Responsible for costing down project and processing improve for all products.
负责工艺优化及降成本计划
6. Supervise, arrange and support subordinators’ job as team leader, and assist manager to take performance evaluation.
作为工程及工艺组的组长，为组员提供技术支持，合理安排各组员的工作，监督组员的工作质量，协助部门经理完成工作考核

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above of Mechanical engineering or related.
本科或以上学历，机械工程等相关专业。
2. Have 8 years’ experience in engineering, processing or manufacturing, including at least 2 years management experience.
有8年以上工程、工艺或制造工作经验，其中2年管理经验.
3. Familiar with metal materials processing, such as punching, bending, surface treatment, machining, etc., have a certain understanding of welding.
熟悉金属材料的加工，如冲压、折弯、表面处理、机加工等，对焊接有一定的了解.
4. Familiar with using Pro/e, Solid Work, Inventor or Auto CAD.
熟练使用Pro/e, Solid Work, Inventor 或 Auto CAD软件。
5. Fluent communication skills both written and verbal English.
英文读写说流利。
6. Good learning ability, good communication, strong analysis ability, solution-oriented, teamwork and full of responsibility.
