职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
1.Coordinate relevant colleagues to handle customer complaints, issue CARs to relevant people to follow up the improvement status.
2.Collect products repair data via service center. Analyzing, calculating and monitoring the data information, to find out whether there is outstanding deviation need to take action.
3.Arrange failed samples return from markets. Analyze defect samples with relevant people and take action to improve ( factory engineers, suppliers).
4.Give input for new products design according to the experience of current products’ FCR status.
5.Cooperating with related Engineer for troubleshooting.
6.Lead OQC team, handling and arrange the third party inspection and its related quality non-compliance, create 8D/CARs report and send to customer for major quality noncompliance issue.
7.Overall control and improve production and outgoing quality system to make it run smoothly and meet ISO standards.
8.Responsible for solving customer service issues worldwide.
9.Support and drive new product, process and technological innovation, commercialization initiatives, associated regulatory interaction, and process improvement efforts.
10.Responsible for the maintenance of all technical manuals.
11.Keep whole production process and control plan to be continuous improved via using Q-tools to meet UFE quality requirements.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in Science /Engineering /Mechanical /Electronic subject.
2. Minimum 4 years of manufacturing factory quality engineering control experience, familiar with customer complaint handling. Approbation knowledge is preferred.
3.Experience of using SPC, DOE, FMEA, quality tools.
4.Good communication skill.
5.Strong quality mindset/Sense.
6.Motivation & desire to succeed, Enthusiasm, Friendly, relaxed but professional attitude, Ability to work independently, Strong team player.
7.Fluent written and spoken English;Good PC office software skill. 举报 分享
