职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Work with Neatfreak product development team to develop home organization products that involve fabrics, plastics, metals, woods, paper and other materials. Support NPD projects with strong sense of urgency.
? Work with suppliers and external designers, provide technical guidance to suppliers
? Follow up NPD sample requests to ensure samples are built to specs and on time
? Act as key contact person between China manufacturing and Neatfreak Canada and US offices on product development and quality issues.
? Participate in product development from conception through to manufacturing including post purchase quality assessments.
? Review design concepts and design files with product development team, with focus on working with suppliers to recommend design options for manufacturability.
? Ensure smooth industrialization into manufacturing through liaison with Neatfreak product team and external suppliers
? Coordinate project management activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, quality and design. Communication with Neatfreak Canada and US offices as necessary.
? Coordinate all aspect of design validation including prototyping, internal and external testing, pilot build and initial production run.
? Evaluate, document, and implement potential design and process changes to improve product performance, manufacturability, safety and cost saving.
? Develop 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings to support product development activities. Create detailed product specifications for new and existing products.
? Support the document control process for drawing release and product specification / bill of material change procedures.
? Provide design suggestions for new products with in the product development process.
? Participate and provide input in the creation and modification of product specifications including design, manufacturing, quality and testing.
? Review tooling quotes, tool plan, and tool design with Neatfreak engineering and suppliers. Monitor tooling schedule and provide progress updates to product development team. Oversee mold trials and validations.
? Work with Neatfreak quality engineer and external suppliers on product quality issues.

Qualifications:
? B.S. degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering).
? 3+ years working experiences in product development and project management.
? Previous working experiences with North American major retailers would be an asset.
? Must have strong problem solving and project management skills. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
? Demonstrated ability to move design concepts and design changes from concept thru to production.
? Working experiences/excellence with CAD design tools including Solidworks and AutoCAD.
? Thorough understanding of machining, plastic tooling, plastic injection molding process, tolerances, and product finishing.
? Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate in English with North American head office staff and design firm team members.
? Hands-on prototyping and testing abilities beneficial.

Location: Zhuhai, China. Required to spend majority of the time travelling and working at China factories, mainly located in Guangdong area.
Report to: North American based Product Team Head Engineer.

我们的销售公司，位于珠海金融商业中心吉大粤财大厦23层，办公区域面积1008平方米。
我们的生产基地，位于珠海平沙，离珠海市区40分钟路程，距离珠海***的深水港高栏港30分钟路程。占地面积51000平方米，建筑面积42000平方米。拥有现代化的空调厂房，立体的货架物流仓库，太阳能供热（水）系统和全空调宿舍，平沙基地采用电脑化管理，与国内软件用友协作设计最新ERP系统管理。
