职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
?Translate reports and materials needed such as near miss report, Government reports, and any materials that need to be translated into English.
?Check and Review expenses/bills happened at the daily basis on Admin aspects such as transportation, office consumables, canteen meals, mobile, visa, bucket water fees etc.
?Assist PR and Admin Manager and Project PM on permitting work, such as to coordinate Permitting meetings and take meeting minutes, follow up action and collect document and materials for permits obtaining.
?Assist PR and Admin Manager, CTLS Manager, Project Manager to chase for Government different incentives by filling out the forms, collecting and preparing information/data.
?Coordinating Admin internal training and team meeting, monitoring renewal of key processes such as HSES findings.
?Assist Department owner to make hotel or meeting room reservation as visitors’ needs.
?Back up some tasks of other Admin team members while they take leaves.
?Other Admin tasks;

 
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, Competencies:
Education：
University student or equal level
Majored in English, International Business, Law etc.

Experience：
Good performance as a student in the University

Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

Can use office software such as PPT, ex-cell skillfully

Language Skill:

Excellent Language skills both in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
