- 监督店铺的日常运作，负责协调及督导等工作。
- 负责制定公司的营运计划，市场拓展以及成本控制等工作。
- 负责对店铺员工进行培训以致达到公司的服务标准。
- 推动店铺的营运管理，带领营运团队达到最好的营业收入。

工作要求：

- 工商管理学士学位或同等教育程度。
- 熟悉广东省各大城市环境优先。
- 具有优良的组织能力以及监督能力。
- 至少具备三年或以上大型连锁店营运管理经验。
