职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for new product development, confirm drawing and process meet requirement.负责新产品开发，确保图纸和工艺流程符合要求。
2. Developing new tools and fixtures to improve efficiency, stability, precision and cost down.开发新的工装夹具，以提高生产下利率、稳定性、精确性以及降低成本。
3. Review all the technical issue for the new products from customer; ask for deviation on the tolerance if it is too strict for production. 评审新产品的技术问题，申请尺寸公差放宽。
4. Give technical support to Purchase on developing new material, tools or vendors.协助采购开发新物料、新工具及供应商。
5. Analyze the failure reason for the complaints from customer and give the technical method for temporary and permanent correction.针对客户投诉，分析失效原因，提出应对措施。
6. Confirm size of product after laser cutting meet requirement. 确保激光切割后的尺寸符合要求。
7. Conduct some product design projects in cooperation with customers.与客户一起合作，主导部分产品的设计项目
8. Visit customer to solve technical issue together with sales if needed. 必要时，和销售人员一起拜访客户解决技术问题。
9. Identify and propose cost optimization of products and processes.向客户建议优化产品工艺流程和成本。
10. Support quality department to solve the complaints from customers. 支持品质部门应对客户投诉。
11. Support Laser programming staff on technical issue.支持编程人员提出的技术问题。
12. Support logistic staff on calculating the optimal container layout.支持物流人员计算最佳装柜方式。
13. Other task assigned by supervisor.完成上级交代的其他任务。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above of Mechanical engineering or related.本科或以上学历，机械工程等相关专业。
2. Have 8 years experience in engineering industry, including at least 2 years experience in management.有8年以上工程行业工作经验，其中有2年管理经验。
3. Familiar with using Pro/e, Solid Work, Inventor or Auto CAD.熟练使用Pro/e, Solid Work, Inventor 或 Auto CAD软件。
4. Fluent communication skills both written and verbal English.英文读写说流利。
5. Good learning ability and full of responsibility.良好的学历能力和富有责任心。
6. Good communication and teamwork.良好的沟通能力及团队协作。
