职位描述：
1. Duties & Responsibilities主要工作职责：
1.1 Responsible for Welding technical support and prepare welding process standard document;负责焊接技术支持及编制焊接工艺规范文件；
1.2 Responsible for welding operator training and skill management;
负责焊工培训及技能的管理；
1.3 Responsible for following welding issues resolution and improvement;
负责跟进焊接问题的解决和改善；
1.4 Responsible for monitoring and management of welding site;负责现场焊接的监督及管理；
1.5 Responsible for improving welding quality control system;负责建立健全焊接质量控制系统；
1.6 Responsible for monitoring and execution of welding seam test负责焊缝无损检测的监督和落实；
1.7 Other task which assigned by manager.配合完成领导交代的其他任务

2. Requirement任职要求：
2.1 Be healthy, no occupational disease tattoo and no occupational disease, could do job related welding and quality area under dust& noisy environment;
身体健康，无职业禁忌及无职业病，可以在粉尘及噪声环境下从事焊接及品质领域相关工作；
2.2 Bachelor or above degree, mechanical engineer, automatic, material manufacturing engineer, welding etc. the science and engineering education background, above 3 years similar positions working experience;
本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化，材料加工工程、焊接等理工科教育背景，3年以上同类岗位工作经验；
2.3 Be certified to do the welding related job, know about product manufacturing process, be familiar with welding process of aluminum and steel material.
具有从业资质，了解产品制造工艺，熟悉铝材和铁材的焊接工艺；
2.4 Have welding engineer certificate, welding management etc. certificate;
拥有焊接工程师、焊接管理员等相关证书；
2.5 Be familiar with ISO9001 etc. related quality management systems;
熟悉ISO9001等相关品质管理体系；
2.6 High responsibility and good team work spirit, could work under pressure;
有高度责任心及良好的团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力;
2.7 Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
良好的英语听说读写能力；
2.8 Shall strictly comply with all regulations, working system, labor discipline and other regulations stipulated by the company, shall be under the confidential obligation for non-disclosure of commercial secret of the company;
