Position Responsibilities:
? Coordinate with China plants to ensure all our products especially printed circuit board (PCB), are produced in the plant have high quality at lower production cost and on time delivery.
? The routine daily work includes printed circuit board Design for Manufacturability Analysis, technical support, work in process (WIP) status follow up and report, trouble shooting and problem solving but not limited to above.
? Handle customer complains in a timely and professional manner.
? Prepare, conduct and follow up customer audit to the customer satisfaction.
? Prepare technical details or review for correct quotation.
? Store and distribute technical documents, spec and standard in order and in secure order.
? Master PCB technical development trends and knowledge related to job function.

? Position Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Engineering field.
? 5+ years of Product Engineering /Technology experiences in PCB manufacturing industry.
? Have hands on Experience in PCB Manufacturing productions.Be able to work independently.
? Professional in knowing IPC standard and understanding customer technical requirement in drawing, Gerber file, specification etc and solve any capability and manufacturability problems of printed circuit board.
? With at least one year of PCB CAM experience such as Genesis 2000, CAM350, have the capability of doing PCB design rule check.
? Self motivated and hard working.Have excellent communication skills.Willing to take responsibility and work under pressure.
? Have knowledge and experience in TS16949.Experience in DOE and Six Sigma is a plus.
? Have good command of oral and written English.Strong self-initiator.
? Flexible.Meticulous / Pays attention to detail.

职位要求
1. 本科学历，工程学相关专业。
2. 5年以上在PCB生产工业的产品工程或技术经验。
3. 在PCB工业生产的实操经验。能独立完成工作。
3. 对IPC标准有专业的认知，对客户的技术要求能明白及精确构图，立档和详述等。能解决任何关于印刷电路板的性能和可制造性的问题。
4. 有至少一年以上的PCB CAM经验，例如：Genesis 2000, CAM350，有检测PCB设计规则的能力。
5. 有自我激励和刻苦耐劳的品格。有出色的沟通能力。能承担责任及在压力下工作。
6. 对TS16949有认知及相关经验。有DOE和六标准差经验者优先。
7. 必须有优秀的英文听，说，读，写能力。
