职位描述：
Job Responsibilities工作职责
1. Supervise and manage the daily work of the Finance department, include to plan, organise, guide and regulate the operations of finance and accounting 监管并管理财务部的日常工作，包括对财务部的会计和财务进行计划，组织，指导和调控管理；
2. Prepare all financial statements accruals and journal entries and maintain reconciliation for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles 根据所提供的格式及会计准则，准备财务报表；
3. Ensure the month-end closing process is completed and all the financial reports are timely prepared for review by Supervisor 确保月末关账流程完成并及时准备所需的财务报告予主管审查；
4. Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules as per the requirement from the management and the owner 根据管理层和业主的要求,准备每月财务报告和明细表；
5. Daily review of hotel cash to maximize the use of funds 每日检查酒店现金收支情况以最大化的利用资金；
6. Provide commercial and financial information to assist in any decision making process 提供商业和财务信息以协助决策过程；
7. Maintain efficient operation to all the departments, and meet the expectations of employees, guests and hotel owners 保持部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望；
8. Responsible for budget management and control work, include the organization of the budget on its preparation, release, tracking, analysis, and implementation to ensure the reach of budget 负责预算管理控制工作，包括组织预算的编制、下达、实施及其达成情况的跟踪和分析，确保达到预算要求；
9. Screen and train staff to minimize staff turnover and maintain a high level of morale and career development 保持高度的员工士气，提供职业发展，培训员工以减少员工流失率；
10. Establish a harmonious working relationship with colleagues and supervisors 与同事和主管建立融洽的工作关系。

Job Requirement职位要求
1、 Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines, prefer with recognized professional accounting qualifications 财务管理及相关专业本科以上学历，具有会计资格；有职业会计师资格者将优先考虑。
2、 Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting/ finance experience, inclusive minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel industry 10年以上工作经验，当中包括5年以上酒店财务管理岗位工作经验。
3、 Good computer skills 熟悉计算机技能。
4、 Strong leadership and ability to provide guidance and to develop full potential of staff capacity 具有领导，指导和发展员工的能力。
