Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
2. Define the vision, product strategy, road map and requirements for B2C website, CRM system, and mobile Apps and work with key stakeholders to deliver on this vision, including digital marketing manager, creative designer, and the technology team, and teams across the group community.
3. Establish the product’s goals and identify/define metrics to show impact and deliver success.
4. Communicate with management and senior executives about product direction, strategy and the operational execution of the E-commerce technology platform, including providing weekly metrics on performance against goals.
5. Research and identify new opportunities to innovate on behalf of marketer and in the promotion and launch process through technology.
6. Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Effectively manage expectations and resolve conflicts that balance customer and company needs.
8. Work with UI, technology, and operations to define detailed requirements that will drive the development of products. Author business cases, white papers, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
2. Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
3. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Senior Leadership.
4. Strong knowledge in China’s Internet environment
