Senior Customer Support高级客户支持

？ Be responsible for the after-sale service management which contains the commercial problems of the Aero-engines, in shop TAT, costs estimation, incoming forecast, work scope, delivery plan, invoice, weekly report, shop visit management, warranty management, the customer requirements and complaints to keep good relationship with the customers;
？ Anticipate customer removal forecast and market trend to turn over in the formulation and revision of the Company’s Annual marketing plan;
？ To ensure both the marketing information and the marketing activities can be circulated and implemented accurately in the Company by utilizing the management platform of the marketing department and the Company in accordance with the Operating Procedure;
？ Be responsible for collecting payments on time;
？ Innovating the marketing sales and service for marketing promotion, maintain the company KPI at high level;
？ Assist in sales and team leader which contains the campaign, quotation, and contract preparation etc.;
？ Be responsible for daily communication both internal and external to improve the customer service working efficiency;
？ Process AOG and other assignment from team leader;
？ Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing and sales management and customer support in aero engine, or minimum 12 years’ experience in aviation MRO or Airlines at technical position;
？ Bachelor’s degree or above, with major in aero engine or related;
？ Very good English skills;
？ Personality: With strong sense of service, with strong of responsibility, with strong capability of motivation people.

　　MTU Maintenance Zhuhai is a 50-50 joint venture between China Southern Air Holding Company and MTU Aero Engines AG, Germany's leading engine manufacturer. Launched with an initial investment of 189 million USD and a capacity of 200 engines per year, the company spreads over 156,000 square meters of land in the Zhuhai Free Trade Zone, close to Hong Kong and Macao. The company is equipped with a state-of-the-art machine pool and a highly modern test cell accommodating engines up to 150,000 pounds of thrust. The shop holds roughly 20 approvals, amongst others from the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China), the European EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), the US-FAA (Federal Aviation Authority) and the by JCAB (Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau).
　　Since it started operations in January 2003, MTU Maintenance Zhuhai has successfully overhauled more than 2,000 V2500 and CFM56 engines from airlines from all over the world. Today, it is the leading provider of aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul services in China. To cater for the future growth, the company completed its facility extension in 2012. The annual capacity increases to 300 shop visits per year - up 50% from its previous number of 200 engines per year.
