职位描述：
Responsibility:
？ Lead the team to ensure that the cost sheets are accurate, and ensure that the Cost Sheets are delivered on a timely basis to Finance Department and all other concerned
？ Develop and support the subordinates so that they perform to their maximum potential.
？ Ensure that material yields are worked out properly and are finalized with the factories accordingly.
？ Review material and component cost, negotiate and finalize with vendors.
？ Look out for possibility of cost reduction wherever possible.
？ Ensure that the company’s Policies are being adhered to.
？ Ensure that the cost standards are followed.
？ Ensure that the data is updated properly in the share drive.
？ Ensure that information related with Standards on material cost, Labor, Overhead, and Policy matters are kept Confidential.
？ Facilitate team to create weekly reports for the Management.
？ Visit factories as when required for process, Labor and Overhead analysis.

Qualifications:
？ Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on business administration or engineering
？ At least 10 years of experience in costing/finance
？ 3 + Supervisor experience in Footwear Costing industry
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
？ General operational supervisory experience.
？ Skilled and confident negotiator.
