DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
Define the infotainment system architecture and design HAL and middle
ware framework , take as the interface with 3rd party and others
partner.
Linux or RTOS driver design is necessary.
Job Responsibility:
Candidate will be involved in the software development and problem
analysis for In-Vehicle Multimedia Radio Navigation System.
Scope of responsibilities include but
not limited to:
1. Develop the Software architecture according to the system/SW
requirements and decomposes into major building blocks and functional
groups.
2. Define the product concept based on defined requirements and
constraints.
3. Define, design and describe the product-specific SW architecture in
documents.
4. Ensure the Software architecture meets requirements in
functionality, performance, quality and schedule, source code review.
5. Analyze architectural problems, define risks and manage resolutions,
write Lessons Learned.
6. Define and maintain traceability between SW architecture and
requirements.
7. Develop the infotainment application and HAL software, such as
Radio, Bluetooth,etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master degree with at least 8 years of working experience
on software design.
2. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the Automotive
Infotainment software development.
3. Deep understanding of embedded operating system (Multi-thread
communication and schedulers, memory management, driver models, RTOS
concepts, etc.); Familiar with Linux or QNX, or other embedded
Operating System such like iTron.
4. Excellent system understanding in automotive radio, multimedia and
navigation products.
5. Advanced knowledge in requirement management and engineering.
6. Good experience in Linux programming and good experience in Linux
driver design.
7. Have the patience to communicate with customer or developer.
