Job Description:
? Provide various design and manufacturing solutions to the customer. Collaborate with customer on prototyping and sampling of new customer projects.
? Support engineering team in NPI, in establishing standard procedures and product specifications. Propose test methodologies and specifications.
? Support production team for the problem-resolving in the fabrication of customer products. Applies knowledge of design and engineering to recommend improvements to product and process.
? Follow up world wide technology development in metal manufacturing in company's business scope.
? Introduce and/or deploy new or advanced manufacturing technologies in the company.
? Collaborate in developing of new or advanced technologies in metal manufacturing.
? Lead technology development project, documentation of the research and development work.
? Provide design and manufacturing guide in the implement and deployment of new or advanced technologies.
? Collaborate with colleagues in customer project or technology development in other areas.

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor/Master/PhD, higher degree is prefered.
? Major in metal materials, metal processing technology like plastic forming, die casting, etc.
? Experience in metal stamping, die casting, etc.
? Experience in metal tooling design.
? Experience in using of AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics, etc.
? Experience in CAE of metal processing is a plus.
? Experience in metallographic analysis is a plus.
? Experience in coating/painting, electroplating, PVD, anodizing, etc of metal is a plus.
? Familiar with metal stamping, forging, die casting, and machining process.
? Familiar with metal tooling design and fabrication.
? Familiar with metal property test standards and material analysis methodologies.
? Knowledge with powder metal injection molding, thixomolding, liquid metal technologies.
? Knowledge with surface treatment of metals.
? Knowledge with DOE, able to design experiments based on the requirement of the project.
? Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical papers, journals, and textbooks.
? Ability to write project proposal, project reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
? Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
? Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
? Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations.
