职位描述：
1 Develop various materials to fulfill brands’ footwear upper/lining requirements and coordinate with material mills to insure top level of service is provided to Cosmo.
2 Follows current and long term sourcing strategies.
3 Helps drive vendor consolidation and the localization of production and development for Cosmo.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1 Builds strong material sources for textiles especially on flat knitting, circular knitting, warp knitting, relevant dyeing and various post-finishing like printing, embossing, vacuum welding.
2 Services various brands in developing new materials according to seasonal material development trends, requests, targets, and standards.
3 Assists team lead in establishing cost breakdowns for new developed materials.
4 Assists team lead in implementing and conducting supplier performance evaluations.
5 Trains sales reps on new seasonal materials/technologies.
6 Assists other departments when requested on material and quality issues.

Requisite Education/Experience:

1 Specialty on textile engineering/material development/dyeing and finishing.
2 At least two years of work experience in textile material development field for footwear/accessories/apparel. In case of graduate, he/she could start from developer intern. 举报 分享
