Duties and Responsibilities
工作职责
1. Responsible for the development of training materials across China according to the training feedback.
结合内部员工的培训反馈，设计及完善运营部门的培训课程资料、模型；
2. Provide the facilitation of training to internal clients / Business Units and maintaining the business process.
维护业务流程，协助建立本公司面对员工发展、企业发展的智库
3. Execute all supporting training activities within China operation, including
支持运营部门开展培训活动,包括新员工入职培训、跨部门业务培训。

Skill-Set：
岗位要求：
1.Master English, Mandarin.
较好掌握英语和普通话。
2.Strong Microsoft Office application skills.
熟练掌握办公软件Microsoft Office 的应用技巧。
3.Satisfactory interpersonal skills and team spirit
良好的人际交往能力和团队精神
4.Graduated from a college.
全日制专科及以上学历
5.2+ years’ Experience as trainer or team leader (preferred).
