工作职责

1、负责产线换线FT程序调换及转线设备程序调整优化；

2、支持FT日常的换线工作及仪器设备的异常处理；

3、FT夹具及设备管理，按计划，按要求进行设备/夹具的维护，保养与校验；

4、在线维护测试设备，减少停机时间，提升FPY,减少不良和NDF；

5、迅速应对及改善/优化生产测试中异常问题分析和解决，对于异常问题要及时反馈给工程师；

6、对FT的操作员进行技能方面的培训；

7、跟踪分析FT站位的不良品，进行对FT漏测分析与改善；

8、按时完成测试设备的维护保养，并在系统中做好记录；

9、及时完成上级交待的其他任务。

工作要求

1、中专及以上学历, 2年以上FT相关测试工作经验, 电子/计算机等相关专业.

2、能看懂基本电路图, 根据电路图和测试不良信息可以独立分析出不良品, 动手能力强.

3、较强的人际沟通能力和好的团队合作精神.

6、较好的英语知识，熟悉测试软件，工作态度端正, 责任心强，愿意接受挑战, 勤于思考，能接受加班和晚班安排.
