Title: Customer Quality Engineer/客户质量工程师
Report to: Senior Quality Manager
Location: Zhuhai/Guangdong

Job Description:
主要职责/Main Responsibilities:
The Quality Engineer will report to the quality manager and will be one of the key members of the quality assurance team. Customer satisfaction is always key to our growth and success, so we need all customer complaints to be well handled, the engineer will need quickly and professionally respond to customers and drive for correction and improvement so as not only to mitigate any negative impact of the quality issues but also to prevent them happening again, the main responsibilities will include but not limit to:
? To respond to customer’s requests with regard to quality issues as the primary contact
? To lead the team to plan the containment, corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints
? To follow up the execution of those actions till the issues are closed
? To summary and analyze these customer complaints and to identify the opportunities for continuous improvement
? To release RMA and to lead the handling of those returned products.

主要要求/Main requirements:

? Junior college diploma majored in mechanical or equivalent, a bachelor degree preferred.
? Must have Excellent written English, good spoken English preferred.
? A professional engineer with at least 3 years of hands on manufacturing quality control management in multinational company.
? Knowledge of plastic injection, CNC machining, Plating and assembly processes.
? Be familiar with ISO9000/ISO14000/TS16949, QC tools like SPC, APQP, FMEA, PDCA, 8D etc.
? Good data analysis, effective root cause analysis and problem solving capability.
? Demonstrated hands-on experience on statistical process control tools.
? 6 Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
? Good interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization as well as with the customers.
? Good computer and presentation skills.
? Self-motivated, analytical, hands-on, critical thinker, team player.
? Able to work on a fast paced environment, target-oriented and with good project management skills. 举报 分享
