DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

As a Sourcing Specialist for e-Scooters, He/She will be searching and
developing suppliers with very limited timeframe for new scooters
design, prototyping, and mass production at right price and right
quality to meet overseas Scooter market requirement.



Key Responsibilities:

1) Setup Sourcing Strategy for e-Scooter Components based upon business
plan and project needs;

2) Search and develop suppliers at required region for qualification
together with Project stakeholders;

3) Work with project stakeholders for Scooter component samples
submission and new project introduction within limited timeline and
budget for launch of production;

4) Manage and drive continuous cost reduction and competitiveness
towards the goals from Customers and Management throughout the project
life cycle;

5) Support the on-time-delivery of components for NPI builds and mass
production.



Key Requirements:

1) Familiar with Scooter's structural BOM at component level and
understand key manufacturing process;

2)Familiar with major market of Scooter components in China, and had
connections with major suppliers is a plus;

3)Familiar with general quality requirement and certificate required
for different Scooter market in the world;

4)Understand the cost structure and key factor of Scooter components;

5)Good communication and project management skills.
