-Carry out business process analysis & mapping to enhance operation efficiency of Procure-to-pay process with SAP ERP system.
-Liaise with all levels of stakeholders & users for defining system requirements, designing solutions, conducting UAT & confirming deliverables related to system & process.
-Manage & coordinate with contractor for designing & deliver solutions in accordance with the agreed schedule & effort.
-Diagnose, dispatch,priorities problems,incidents or requests.
-Handle system & process-ralated enquiries for supporting Procurement & Supply Chain daily operations.
-Prepare and maintain documentation of the above activities.
