1. Determine master file and table configuration
2. Develop specifications to meet reporting requirements
3. Develop and conduct testing as per the testing methodology
4. Develop program specifications for ABAP/4 reports and add-ons
5. Develop and test interfacing and conversion software
6. Develop and test procedures for interfacing between the new system and existing system
7. Develop and test procedures to populate the new system master files and tables;
8. Investigate the use of 3rd party tools (if any)
9. Develop security controls in the new system
10. All conversions of master data from existing systems to the SAP system, as required
11. The SAP formatted printing document process.
12. Report project status to the Project Manager;
13. Assist the other project teams in delivering their systems through expert advice and guidance;
14. Self management and team management for all SOX and PMO compliance requirements.
15. Manages project timelines and validates project deliverables to meet business objectives.
16. Test SAP software upgrades;
17. Test Release change request management ;
