职位描述：
1. Collect and verify Customs needed info for new products or materials register to the Manufacture Contract and Warehousing Contract.
负责生产合同和仓储合同内新产品或新物料录入所需数据的收集和甄别；
2. Handle special cases like rejects return to vendor at the Customs related field.
负责处理海关临时突发事件；
3. Control Customs risks during the import and export activities.
负责控制进出口货物相关事宜的风险；
4. Give professional instructions and supports on the companies’ Customs related activities.
为本公司的报关提供专业指导意见和技术支持；
5. Maintain the products and materials Customs’ info and provide latest info to related department.
负责系统数据录入与管理，并提供最新数据和资料给本公司其他部门；
6. Liaison with the Customs and the persons in the same trade to obtain latest changes of the Customs rules or preferential treatments and give suggestion on adapting to the changes.
了解最新的海关规定或处理方式，针对政策变动为报关部和本公司其他部门相关人员提供有效建议；
7. Manage the Agent brokers, improve the efficiency and decrease costs.
负责与报关行交接，提高工作效率并降低报关成本；
8. Other tasks assigned by superior.
完成领导交办的工作。

任职要求：
1. Education background:
  Diploma holder or above.
本科或以上学历。
2. Professional knowledge/Skill/Quality:
  - Expert in declaration procedure & China law / related customs regulation
  - Have Customs Working License.
熟悉报关业务流程和国家税务相关法律、法规。持报关员资格证书。
3. Working experience:
   At least 5 years’ experience in customs field.
5年或以上相关岗位工作经验。
4. Others:
  - Good command of spoken & written English
  - Proficiency in MS office software & email.
  - Responsible & willing to work under pressure.
