职位描述：
1.Responsible to lead the production department and supervises that the organization complies with the obligations and regulations
2.Organizes and monitores the production plan as issued by PMC, to complete production with good quality and on time
3.Organizes and controls the use of company resources reasonablely, controls the production loss.
4.Continuously improves the quality of the production and of the products.
5.Improves in cooperation with other departments the production efficiency and output.
6.Ensures that production is executed according the work instructions
7.Supervises the production workshop 5S work, and constantly improved the working environment
8.Conducts regular personnel performance appraisal.
9.Completes other jobs assigned by the superior.

Desired Skills and Experience:
1.Computer skills a must.
2.Project management skills, including managing key project dates,, monitoring spend, driving and monitoring delivery dates and providing cost estimations
3.Manufacturing & Production control systems….Manufacturing practices such as Kanban JIT or TSA and lean manufacturing would be ideal.
4.Define manufacturing process, including layout, concepts, controls and statistical measures
5.Solid industrial engineering skills, including minimising cycle time and maximising labour and machine effectiveness to drive factory efficiency Working knowledge of MRP/ ERP systems and BOM structures in order to optimise efficient manufacturing and inventory management
6.Knowledge of new product realisation, including all DFX disciplines, risk assessment and management of risk assessment planning and issue resolution, logistics, scheduling and maintenance .
7.Production supervisor or manager experience.
10.Good understanding of manufacturing budget/resource forecasting and management.
11.Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in the field.
12.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
13.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
14.Excellent people and communication skills. Fluent in English; fluency in Chinese is plus. 举报 分享
