General Position Summary

To ensure tht the footwear manufacturing process are monitored and carried out according to Columbia guidelines, and the Production Manual in the assisgned factory. (can very, depending on the product). And also to carry out the final inspection procedures as per the Columbia Q.C. schedulle and by maintaining the P.O.Status Report on a daily basis. Carry out Health and Safety inspections on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:

• BA degree, 6+ years working experience in footwear. This position would like someone who has been in the QA supervisor level;
• Strong production scheduling and quailty control skills, able to monitor manufacturing process to ensure top quality. Successful tracking record in QA work;
• Good communication skills in using both English abd Chinese;
• Show good potential leadership skills;
• Honest with integrity, team player, able to take pressure and challenges.
