Qualifications:
(1) Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years HR related experience
(2) Working experience in Training and ER function in Manufacturing company is preferred.
(3) Strong communication skills.
(4) Accountability and detailed-oriented.
(5) Good command of speaking and wrriten English.


Responsibilities:
Planning & Budgeting
(1) work with department Mgr to identify appropriate training needs.
(2) Collect and develop an company-wide annual training plan based on business needs and available budget.

People Management & Development
In order to help direct report with their career development
(1) Review and provide timely feedback to direct reports regarding their performance;
(2)Mentor,develop and motivate subordinates
 
Policy & Procedure
In order to get all policy up-to-date
(1)Prepare HR/Admin.-related policies and procedures according to HR/Admin. Strategy as well as instructions from local management team in order to support business;

Training Plan Execution
(1) Executing the Annual & Quarterly Training plan using internal or external resources as appropriate.
(2) Be the trainer to deliver courses.
(3) Lead or assist on training program and ensure its outcoms, implement on the course development, delivery and follow-up activity in order to improve employees' skills and performance.
(4) Manage and develop the internal trainer team
(5) Evaluate the trianing effectiveness and provide trainer the improvement advices.
 
ER
(1) Advise management on employee disciplinary actions, performance problems and other issues to resolve disputes;
(2) Asist HR manager to conduct employee engagement survey initiatives and monitor impact plan;
(3) Organize different kind of communication channel with employees;

Project Management
