职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
1. Be responsible for daily equipment maintenance and repair, give supports to technicians, collecting and analyzing the information related to maintenance and repair in order to reduce the machine breakdown time. Join routine preventive maintenance activities (Shaver).
2. In terms of the annually master preventive maintenance plan to prepare proper SP and organize technicians to ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance activities;
3. Maintain an effective SP system for excellent maintenance performance. support to localize SP suppliers and involving in suppliers optimizing etc.;
4. Be responsible to initiate and update relevant maintenance and repair working instructions (WI/OI) properly;
5. Involve in Mini-co. activities and actively support to Mini-co. leaders on its operation and development;
6. Coordinate the environmental and safety issues to maintain a healthy working environment in relevant production area. Actively participate in 5S improvement;
7. Actively participate in TPM & OEE activities, maintain & operate & improve TPM/OEE system.
8. Train and coach technicians and operators for proper operation and maintenance.
9. Early involve in equipment creation process regarding to PIP/IDP and work on technical innovations to raise equipment value;
10. Support new projects and proactively involve in equipment trial run, improvement and release.
Job Requirements & Skills
? Education学历:
           College /University graduate in mechanical/electronics Engineering discipline
大专及以上学历，主修机械电气电子工程
? Experience工作经验
About 3 years experience in equipment maintenance.
在设备维修领域有3年以上的工作经验。
? Competency and Skills 能力和技能
Good knowledge of mechanics, electrics & electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic
有丰富的机械、电气电子、液压和气动等方面的知识
Fair in English & Mandarin.英语、普通话熟练
Good command of computer skills on Office and CAD.
熟练操作office和CAD等办公计算机系统。
ISO 9000/14000 well known，Good at PLC, familiar with TPM;
精通ISO 9000/14000相关知识, 精通PLC，熟悉TPM 举报 分享
