岗位职责：
Job responsibilities
1. To prepare and provide Demo classes as required.
课前备课并按照需求提供教学展示课
2. To help students improve their English ability.
帮助学生提高英语实际运用能力，并达成学习目标
3. To provide advice and assistance to students, in and out of the classroom.
课上课下都可以为学生提供学习建议和协助
4. To promote and preserve a happy atmosphere to attract children involved in the training process.
在教授过程中保持课堂的活跃气氛并确保所有学生都融入到课堂当中
任职要求：
Job requirements
1.Native English speaker, American, British, Canadian, or preferred;
1. 英语为母语的外籍教师（英国、美国、加拿大人士优先考虑）；
2. Bachelor\'s degree or above.
2. 拥有学士或以上学位 ；
3. Familiar with the history of the United States (if you can take the TOEFL, AP, SAT), more than 1 years teaching experience
3. 至少有两年以上的英语教学经验者；熟悉托福、雅思、SAT及留学相关知识最好
4. The candidate should love teaching, be responsible for and be patient with students, be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.
4. 热爱教学事业，敬业主动，对待教学持有耐心、认真的工作态度; 具体团队合作精神；
5．Have sense of humor, and long –term cooperation intentions, highly motivated and goal orientation.
5. 幽默，且具有长期合作意愿及自我推动力和目标
6.持有TESOL或TEFL教学资质证书
