职位描述：
Key Result Areas:
？ Handle product approbation in NPI & LCM, ensure complete approbation on time ;
？ Handle factory audit for maintain appliance safety certificate validity, follow up NC in factory audit;
？ Handle CIQ type test ensure product delivery on time and the related document preparation;
？ Handle customer complaint , issue CARs to relevant people and follow up the improvement status ;
？ Check UL & CSA & CCC report to ensure the compliance of product;
？ Support China Sustainability team to communicate with ZHUHAI Q-bureau and prepare documentation;
     Implement customer experience test and collect feedback from customer.
Job Specification:
bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science discipline, or equivalent experience.
1. Minimum 2 years of manufacturing factory quality experience.
2. Experience of electronic product approbation knowledge, IEC/UL/CCC etc
3. Experience in problem solving with quality tools such as: 6-sigma / 8D / CAPA / FMEA/ 5WHY etc.
4. Fluent written and spoken english, Good communication skill
5. Good PC office software skill
