职位描述：
1、熟料操作测量仪器2D/3D
2、具备读懂图纸的能力及数据分析能力
3、MSA，测量系统分析
4、具备夹具校验、重复性和在线性分析经验

Key Responsibilities（明确职责）：
1.Can set a suitable measuring condition according to the measuring standard and give a right analysis and evaluation for the measuring results, Standardize the measuring processes, and continue to improve the measuring approach to get more accuracy results.
2.Responsible to establish and perform MSA plan of Metrology Room, and leading GRR improvement
3.Assist Metrology manager to drive LEAN project
4.Tracking mould shop & press shop CPK performance and generate monthly report
5.Support NPI team to develop measurement method to new product
6.Guidance shift leader for daily work.

Qualification（职位要求）：
1.Above 5 years experience in metrology function, work experience of Foreign-owned enterprise is preferred
2.Must be able to read 2D Drawings, knowledge of geometry, tolerance, etc.
3.Experienced with measurement instrument, such as 2D/3D vision measurement equipment, Projector, force tester, etc
4.Strong understanding on MSA/GRR, experienced on SPC/CPK
5.Good speaking and reading skills in English
6.Familiar with Paynter charts, excel, power point etc
7.Have basic understanding to Stamping, Moulding, Tooling etc 举报 分享
