Supplier Quality Engineer,
供应商质量工程师: 2
工作职责: Responsibilities:
1.Cooperate with HQ in Denmark;
?Technical communication between supplier and HQ
?Interpretative drawings and specifications to supplier
2.Supplier evaluation and assessment
?Participate in the potential supplier evaluation and development,
?Quality system & production capacity evaluation
3.On-site quality control at manufacturing
?Monitor production process, packaging and delivery process
?Perform inspection according to inspection schedule and provide inspection report;
4.On site trouble shoot
?Handle quality claim, perform root cause investigation and work out corrective action together with supplier and
?Follow up the corrective actions processing and quality improvement tracing.
?Set up production schedule and inspection schedule together with supplier;
5.Develop communication with supplier and negotiate for possible price reduction, and quality improvement,
6.Prepare weekly quality report and develop quality improvement;
7.Other tasks as required.
任职要求,REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelors Degree, Specialized in mechanical areas.
2.Above 3 years work experience in related fields and experience on site quality control on mechanics material is preferred.
3.Good interpersonal skill
4.Good communication skill,
5.Good command of oral English and PC skills;
6.Good at team building and strong team driver for process and system improvement.
7.Good at quality tool application, such as SPC, FMEA, MSA.
