Job Responsibilities
Assist Development, Production and Quality Control teams with support from 3rd party laboratories.
Keep up-to-date with latest testing regulations in industry, primarily for USA and Europe markets
Liaison with factories and USA offices to ensure all safety standards are met
Support activities to record any product quality and initiate nonconformance reports; assist with investigation and implementation
Ensure that all appropriate lab testing documentation is complete and current for the assigned product lines
Develop and maintain a database for all testing related documents
Support escalated customer complaints requiring further investigation by quality assurance or engineering.
When needed, support QC team with shipment inspections or production line monitoring


Qualifications
3+ years working experience in a related industry
In depth knowledge of ASTM, CPSIA, EN71, and other toy testing regulations
Strong communication orally and in writing, in both mandarin and english
Very organized
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment; and build relationships outside of the department (suppliers, regulatory agencies, etc.) 举报 分享
