职位描述：
1.Leads and manages improvements in plant manufacturing, applying best LEAN methodology practices for optimization of existing business process flows including production and supporting functions.
2.Leads cross functional teams in continuous improvement activities and works closely to ensure that objectives are achieved organizational objectives in operational excellence and other KPI’s.
3.As an expert in LEAN, assist EN/EHS/OPEX director in planning, deployment and enhancing the implementation of the LEAN and TPS.
4.Partner with management team in the selection, prioritization and deployment of LEAN projects, and conduct regular project reviews to ensure expected progress achievement;
5.Provide coaching and mentoring to Management Team while broadening application and understanding of LEAN System, strategies, and techniques.
6.Develop, coordinate, collect, and report LEAN System metrics.
7.Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirement：
1.Five years or above of practical job experience (preferably in pharmaceutical industry) and two years or above on the management role.
2.Be proficient in Lean manufacturing principles/processes, procedures and best practices, have sufficient LEAN practical experience.
3.Must possess the ability to demonstrate task management and timeline control for multiple projects.
4.Preferable for Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certificate.
5.Must possess passion for excellence in people, processes and analytics.
6.Strong sense of strategic insight and business acumen, result driven.
7.Analytical / problem solving skills/ statistical control tools.
8.University degree and above; Major in technology or engineering.
