1. Ensure that the right product is developed and delivered to meet Company's standard & customer's requirement

2. Prepare Electronic board technical file (BOM, Schematic, Gerber, Specification) for battery pack and charger
准备关于电池包和充电器的电子板技术文件（BOM，原理图，格伯，规范等）
3. Lead and Develop Electronic Board Qualification
引导和发展电子板授权
4. Prepare Electronic Product Specification.
准备电子产品说明书
5. Responsible to lead the Electronic Product Design Review
负责领导电子产品设计评审
6. Responsible of cost estimation for new board development
负责新板开发的成本估算
Other Duties/其他任务:
1. ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and action plan issuing
ECN（工程变更通知）实施行动计划发布
2. Responsible for Electronic Technical Support to other department
负责其他部门的电子技术支持
Qualifications / 职位要求:
1. Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
英语听说读写流利
2. Bachelor degree or above on electronic engineering
工程学士学位以上学历
3. At least 5 years working experience on PCBA design，if possible with experience on battery pack and charger.
至少5年以上的PCBA设计经验，有电池包以及充电器相关经验优先
4. Good understanding of analog electronic: Signal measurement, sensor, communication (Smbus, CAN, RS485)
熟悉模拟电子信号测量、传感器、通信（SMBus、CAN、RS485）
5. Good knowledge on 8-bit and 16-bit µC
对8位和16位µC的有良好认知
6. Ability on decision-making & problem solving
具备决策和问题解决能力
7. Well-organized & cooperated
