Responsibility/岗位职责：
1. Ensure that the right product is developed and delivered to meet Company's standard & customer's requirement

2. Lead the different engineering functions (electronic, mechanical, system)

3. Actively searches for best-in-class technologies among competitors and develops innovation roadmap
积极调研竞争对手中的先进技术和创新发展路计划
4. Cooperates closely with project manager to assure customer focus and target costing; co-develops product roadmaps
与项目经理密切合作，确认客户的重点和目标成本以及合作开发的产品计划
5. Supports R&D projects at group level participating in meetings and sharing technical information and "best-practices”
支持集团层面的研发项目，参与会议分享技术信息和“***实践”
6. Develops employees assigned to his department, ensuring the correct application of tools and policies on training, career path and evaluations and inputs
提升所属部门的成员，制定合适的培训和职业路径，正确应用评估工具
Qualifications / 职位要求:
1. Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
英语听说、读写流利
2. Bachelor degree or above in engineering
本科或以上学历，工程专业
3. At least 10 years working experience in system engineering. With 3 years’ experience in R&D management minimum.
至少10年以上系统工程的工作经验，3年以上研发管理经验
4. Strong leadership and ownership is needed
具备较强的领导力
5. Analytical rigor and solid process management is needed
具备严谨的分析和过硬的制程管理
6. A real market-orientation in defining the new projects to launch and a proven attitude in working strictly in relation with design, project management and sales is needed

7. Out-of-the box thinking and encouragement of driving for creative, marketable solutions is highly appreciated
