Let’s work together
1、To provide business analysis and process design expertise in HCM functional areas
2、To analyze business model by formulating and defining application scope and objectives, and devising procedures or complete workflows to solve business requirements / issues
3、To gain deep knowledge of the end to end business processes and propose operation best practices to align with company standards
4、To provide consultancy and propose solutions to business departments that effectively resolve their operation and business problem
5、To translate business objectives and requirements into business and system design that can be supported by SAP and delivered
6、To foster and maintain good relationship with counterparts, i.e. interact and work closely with internal teams or external vendors to ensure project tasks are delivered on time and are of satisfactory quality with proper documentation
7、To engage users to understand and interpret their business requirements and design solution
8、To participate all activities in project implementation cycle: configuration, documentation on design and functional specification, system integration test, user training, user acceptance test, data migration and cutover

We are looking for
1、Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
2、At least 2 years hands-on experience in SAP HCM module
3、Experience in retail industry is an advantage
4、Thorough business understanding in human resources, in retail industry is a plus
5、Solid and strong business and technical skills in SAP HCM module
6、Good understanding and solid experience of full cycle of SAP implementation
7、Strong business sense and excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
8、Strong experience in feasibility study, requirement analysis and solution design
9、Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion
10、Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to express complex business concept in technical terms
11、Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese Word Processing
12、Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

宝光通城（广东）商贸有限公司隶属于宝光实业（国际）有限公司。宝光1963年成立于香港，最初是一家手表零件制造商，出口不锈钢手表零件到国外。经过短短10年，于1972年在香港联交所上市(股份代号：84)。

宝光的英文名字"STELUX"源自"Steel"﹝钢﹞及"luxury"﹝奢华﹞。原因于1960年代初期，集团所制造的不锈钢零件被视为奢华的产品。

自此宝光业务不断扩展，现已在亚洲地区的手表及眼镜零售及批发行业具有广泛认可的行业领导地位。本集团营运的品牌如「时间廊」、「眼镜88」、「精工表」及「eGG」皆属知名品牌，于本集团有业务之国家及地区中已建立巩固基础。

1985年，宝光在香港开设时间廊，打造了一个完全创新的手表零售文化。「时间廊」以中等收入消费者为目标客户，在单一手表零售店内售卖多个品牌及时尚生活手表，从根本上改变了传统百货公司柜位零售手表的销售模式。从此，「时间廊」日益壮大，于香港、澳门、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国及中国大陆设有400多间店铺。时间廊售卖各款带领潮流的手表，由代理品牌以至集团自家品牌，包括自家知名的「Titus」品牌。2002年，时间廊更荣获「香港超级品牌」殊荣。2017年10月11日在伦敦具标志性的肯辛顿宫举行的世界品牌奖颁奖典礼上荣获“年度***品牌”（Brand of the Year）奖项。时间廊亦是今年在香港钟表业中获奖的唯一一个品牌。

于1988年，宝光购入极具发展潜力的眼镜业务－「眼镜88」，并将这业务其后扩展至澳门、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国及中国大陆，专攻中高档市场。「眼镜88」时刻带领业界潮流，率先提供专业及高质素的眼睛护理及售后服务，现有店铺超过200间，顾客可从无数国际品牌，包括代理品牌及自家品牌中精挑细选。「眼镜88」于2009年荣获「香港超级品牌」殊荣。

宝光于2005年购入一向拥有「精工」品牌钟表于香港、新加坡及马来西亚独家经销权的通城集团，进一步协助本集团之手表零售业务的扩展。

于2011年，本集团开设提供单一品牌的镜架连镜片零售连锁店「eGG」，以年轻及追求潮流时尚的顾客为目标客户。首间「eGG」店铺在香港开业，目前于香港、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国及中国大陆已设有超过60间店铺。
