职位描述
Technical Requirements
? 4+ years of experience in a software Quality Assurance or Development environment
? 2+ years of recent hands on experience in white/grey box and/or system integration testing.
? Strong understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies
? 1+ years of experience in automation design and creation (performance, stability, functional).
? Experience programming in one or more of the common programming languages, such as C, .NET, Perl, Java etc.
? Experience with QA test case, defect-tracking and automation tools.
? Knowledge of Microsoft (and other) network operating system administration, including server and desktop systems.
? Familiar with designing, building and troubleshooting complex test topologies to create rich, realistic and robust test environments.
? 1-2 years experience with Enterprise level databases such as Oracle or SQL (able to query and debug SQL statements),
? Familiar with configuration and usage of virtual environments in test scenarios (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
? Fluency in written and spoken English is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
? Self starter, capable of working either independently or as part of a team
? Strong written and oral communication skills
? Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
? Strong work ethic and professionalism
? Comfortable with mentoring and providing cross training to other team members
