职位描述
Essential Responsibilities:
Understanding, although not deep, of Quest's messaging and collaboration products and their place in the market.
Acts as the technical liaison for Quest on various product-related and strategy questions that require direct contact within and between the various products groups.
Abilities to analysis the pros & cons of the existing product code, and provide architect/design/refactor suggestions to improve the overall quality of the product.
Conducting technical research.
Providing training throughout various phases of the development cycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years software architect/system analyst/senior experience working for commercial software development.
5+ years of .Net development experience and SQL database development experience.
Solid technical background on messaging and collaboration platforms and technologies, i.e. MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS OCS/Lync, MS SharePoint, IBM Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, etc.
In-depth understanding of design pattern, object-oriented design and modeling.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all technological advances is crucial.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal. Great communication skill.
Strong work ethic and professionalism
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Agile Software development process and/or methodology of SCRUM
Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) is desirable
