职位描述：

岗位职责:

1 根据集团发展战略，构建亚太区（包括香港、澳门、新加坡、台湾等）层面招聘体系框架，制定与完善招聘制度及招聘面试流程 ；

2、参与集团年度的人力资源规划工作，及招聘费用的预算和监控；

3、负责各类招聘渠道的拓展和运营，以及招聘渠道资源的整合及优化；

4、对各业务中心的招聘数据进行分析、总结，提出改善性招聘策略和建议；

5、了解业务部门的业务及招聘需求，制定有效的招聘方案，以确保业务部门的招聘计划达成；

6、积极了解及拓展海外市场招聘渠道，深入了解当地人力行情，以提供有效快捷的招聘及人员支持。

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，人力资源相关专业；

2、三年以上大型企业人力资源相关工作经验，一年以上相关岗位工作经验，具有校企合作实操经验；

3、了解相关劳动法律法规、人力资源管理的系统知识，掌握面试方法和人才测评理论；

4、良好的沟通协调能力、良好的团队合作意识和抗压能力，开放的心态和主动的学习意识；

5、有零售、互联网、奢侈品公司人力资源经验或者招聘经验优先。

Job responsibilities:

1 according to the group development strategy, build the Asia-pacific level recruitment system framework, develop and improve the system of recruitment and job interview process;

2, participate in the group's annual human resources planning, and recruitment cost budget and monitoring;

3, responsible for all kinds of recruitment channels development and operations, and integrate recruitment system resources of recruitment channels;

4, for each business center data, need to analysis, summarized, refine and improve recruiting strategies and recommendations;

5, understand the recruitment needs of the business department, make effective recruitment plan, to ensure that the duties within the scope of business of a recruitment plan;

6, recruitment system operation (market research, demand research, procurement or development introduction, operation and maintenance and update);

7, employer brand construction and management;

Job requirements:

1, bachelor degree or above, human resource related professional;

2, 3 years or above large-scale enterprise human resources related work experience, above one year related working experience, experience in university-enterprise cooperation field;

3, understand the relevant Labour laws and regulations, knowledge of human resource management system, to grasp the method of interview and personnel evaluation theory;

4, project organization, planning and execution ability;

5, good interpersonal understanding ability, communication and coordination ability, good team cooperation consciousness and compressive ability, open mind and active learning consciousness;

6,experience in retail, Internet and luxury goods company human resource or recruiting.
