职位描述：
Telesales Manager
Job Description:
- Responsible for training business development, management of telephone sales team
- Develop and implement sales plans to complete sales target
- Promote the company's products to potential customers.
- Responsible for customer list collection, customer data sorting, expanding customer resource library
- Understand the industry and competitors information and according to the situation on the implementation of regional sales policy analysis and make recommendations

Job Requirements:
- Diploma degree or above, with at least 2 years of telephone sales management experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills



电话销售经理
工作职能：
- 负责培训业务拓展，管理电话销售团队；
- 根据公司销售目标制定销售计划并执行，完成销售目标
- 针对公司的产品向潜在客户电话推广；
- 负责客户名单收集、客户资料整理，扩充客户资源库；
- 了解行业及争对手信息并根据情况对区域内销售政策执行情况作出分析并提出建议

工作要求：
- 大专或者以上学历，2年以上的电话销售管理经验
- 流利的英文及粤语口语和书写能力
